Accessible Bathrooms

We know the price and timeline of bathrooms because we do so many. With respect of your time and ours, before we send the Owner of our company to visit for a 'meet & measure', Raymond asks to text him a one minute narrated video or a few pictures.

Then he will call to listen to your ideas and give you pricing and timeline over the phone to make sure we're in your range of budget and timeline. Not everyone likes this modern approach, but it works remarkably well and we've been doing for years

Once price and timeline are agreed informally on the phone with Raymond and the meet & measure are done with Jimmy and Jackie, Raymond will email a detailed Proposal for you to review.

This multi-page scope of work Proposal shows all the work listed in chronological order, including the estimated amount of your 'Selectable items' such as tile, vanity, lighting, fixtures and finishes as well as our Lifetime No-Leak Warranty on all plumbing and tiled tubs & showers.

We are familiar with Veterans Affairs funding, process and required paper work which we happily provide to you

Generally speaking, accessible bathrooms are 5'x8 to 6'x9' and all require a curbless shower.

We can create a tiled bathroom or a no-tile bathroom, depending on your tastes, budget and timeline without use of your bathroom.

Standard sized bathrooms with tiled tub/shower walls and tiled floors can take 9 to 14 consecutive work days to complete, due to layers of water proofing before tile  

Standard sized bathrooms with no tile take only 4 to 5 consecutive work days to complete and they are beautiful, maintenance free and half the cost of tiled bathrooms

Tiled tub-to-shower conversions take 4 to 5 consecutive work days, with no use of the shower until the morning after we are done, due to drying time of sealants

No-Tile tub-to-shower conversions take only 1 or 2 work days and cost half of a tiled bathroom
