In the Agreement, we write a detailed scope of work including a weekly schedule to manage your expectations before, during and through completion of the work. If the project needs stamped plans and Permits, we have a retired Engineer who provides stamped plans in a few weeks for a fraction of the cost and time trying to find an Architect to take the project
