In the Agreement, we write a detailed scope of work including a weekly schedule to manage your expectations before, during and through completion of the work. If the project needs stamped plans and Permits, we have an retired Engineer who provides stamped plans in a few weeks for a fraction of the cost and time trying to find an Architect to take the project
