What do you have in mind?
Most existing decks only need a refresh of new decking, railings and stairs which we call a "deck overlay", where we keep the existing pressure treated framing, stain or paint it to make it look new, then install new Trex decking, all new stairs, new railings and solar-powered LED lights as rail post caps.
We can also tear down old decks and make the new one larger to fit your outdoor living needs.

Design, Drawings & Permits
If a Permit is needed, you can co-design online with Raymond to see 2D & 3D, orbiting views of your project, then we send it to our Engineer for full set of stamped plans for about half the cost and a fraction of the time finding an Architect to take the project on.
We have all four full insurance policies required by New York State to insulate and protect our Clients and obtain all Permits
Craftsmanship and Scheduling
Our experienced Carpenters make concise cuts, straight lines and use laser-levels to maintain fine craftsmanship.
In the Agreement, we write a detailed scope of work including the daily schedule to manage your expectations before, during and through completion of the build
