Co-design online with Raymond to see 2D & 3D, orbiting views of your project, then we send it to our Engineer for full set of stamped plans for about half the cost and a fraction of the time finding an Architect to take the project on 

We have all four full insurance policies required by New York State to insulate and protect our Clients and obtain all Permits

In the Agreement, we write a detailed scope of work including a weekly schedule to manage your expectations before, during and through completion of the build
