We know the price and timeline of bathrooms because we do so many. With respect of your time and ours and before we send the Owner of our company to visit for a 'meet & measure', Raymond asks to text him a one minute narrated video or a few pictures.

Then he will call you to listen to your ideas and give you pricing and timeline over the phone. Not everyone likes this modern approach, but it works remarkably well and we've been doing for years

Once price and timeline are agreed to informally and the meet & measure are done, Raymond will email a detailed Proposal to review.

This multi-page scope of work shows all the work listed in chronological order, including the estimated amount of your 'Selectable items' such as tile, vanity, lighting, fixtures and finishes as well as our Lifetime No-Leak Warranty on all plumbing and tiled tubs & showers

We write the Daily Schedule in the Agreement to manage your expectations and we show up every consecutive work day in order to get done on time and get contractors out of your house

Tiled bathrooms, depending on the size of the room, take anywhere from 8 to 15 consecutive work days to complete due to layers of water proofing before tile
